  • Booking Engine The website uses a widget/link that directs to the booking engine of Cleverness. The data entered at this stage is processed to manage the accommodation reservation.

  • Navigation and Content Display IP address and browsing data required for the provision of third-party services (Google Maps, Google Fonts).
    • Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the proper functioning and aesthetic presentation of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

The data may be communicated to third parties acting as data controllers or independent controllers:

  • Hostinger: Hosting service provider, with servers located in France (EU).
  • Cleverness Booking engine provider.

4. Retention Period

  • Contact data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the request and, in the event of a contract not being concluded, deleted within 24 months.
  • Administrative/accounting data related to bookings will be kept for 10 years as required by Italian law.
